Beside my potion to baking, I cook and eat pretty healthy. I like very much salads and soups and light meals. I am not huge fan on fast food and  sandwiches. I eat them occasionally.
Arugula strawberry salad is light, fresh, healthy and colorful. Hope you will enjoy it.

Ingredients:

For: 1 serving

arugula – 2 handfuls
cucumber – 1/2 cup, peeled and chopped on small cubes
fresh strawberries – 3-4 big, sliced
red onion – 2 Tbsp., cut on strips
goat cheese (blue cheese) – 2 Tbsp.
olive oil -2 Tbsp.
balsamic vinegar – 2 Tbsp.
salt to taste

Method:

In a serving plate spread the arugula all over to cover the bottom.
Top with cucumber.
Spread all over the onion, cheese and strawberries.
Put salt to taste and drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

рукола – 2 шепи
краставица – 1/2 чаша, обелена и нарязана на малки кубчета
пресни ягоди – 3-4 големи, нарязани
червен лук -. 2 супени лъжици, нарязани на ивици
козе сирене (синьо сирене) – 2 супени лъжици
зехтин -2 супени лъжици
балсамов оцет – 2 супени лъжици
сол на вкус

Начин на приготвяне:

В чиния за сервиране разпределете руколата, така че да покрие дъното.
Върху нея разпределете краставицата.
Поставете тук- таме от лука, сиренето и ягодите.
Сложете сол на вкус и напръскайте със зехтин и балсамов оцет.
